MICROSOFT – GLOBAL ACCOUNTS SUMMIT
Two-day conference for 130 senior executives of Microsoft’s top Global corporate clients. The 2001 meeting was the first conference Microsoft had held for its Global Accounts Group. Researched and recommended sites for the conference, and sites for the off-site dinner. Organized and managed all logistical and operational details – Hotel, security, transportation, meals, gifts, entertainment. Researched and secured a very unique and prestigious location for the dinner, and the very successful dinner speaker. Negotiated and managed all contracts to stay within budget. Verified all bills for payment and followed-up with any discrepancies, held a debriefing meeting with Microsoft and the event staff.
